RainEscape's trough and downspout design drains water from the deck above allowing the area below to be dry and suitable for additional outdoor living space.

The RainEscape® system is installed below the deck's surface and above the joists, before you put the decking on. This protects the deck's support structure from moisture and extends its lifespan. It also allows for installation of overhead electrical fixtures, such as lights, fans and entertainment systems, as well as custom ceiling materials and soffits for the living space below.

Our RainEscape™ underdeck drainage system collects all the water off your deck, and can be tied to all the downspouts off the roof of a home or business. Each 1" of rain over a 1,000 sq ft area collects 650 gallons! For example, a 1,500 sq. ft home and a 300 sq ft deck will collect almost 1,200 gallons of water each time it rains 1".
